We visit nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities in several cities in the Portland metro area and the Oregon coast. Our providers specialize in primary care, geriatrics and palliative care. We also operate Forest Grove Geriatrics, an office based clinic in Forest Grove that is open to the public.
